probably tell from the photos), straight out from the center of the stage
and about half way up.

Set list taken from Gerry's piano. They performed all of the songs on the
left during the first half of the show and then there was a 20 minute
intermission. The second half included all of the songs on the right side
with the exception of "California Revisited".
