Unfortunate Casino

I was playing an unfortunate casino
I was trying to lose the noise in my head
Well someone bet a fortune up in Reno
Trying to free himself from everything he dread

Oh, but I know I'm leaving in the morning
I know I can leave it all behind
I know I'll be leaving in the morning light

I'm walking by a pool in Vegas
I see them on a slippery slide
They try to lose it all in stages
They try and make it worth the ride

Oh, but I know we're leaving in the morning
I know we can leave it all behind
I know we're somewhere in between the day and night

Oh, I know we're leaving in the morning
I know we leave it all behind
Out here somewhere in between the day and night

It's taken awful long to get here
But now I can't remember why
Oh slowly I will now forget here
But finish with a humble sigh

Oh, but I know I'm leaving in the morning
I know I leave it all behind
I'm here somewhere in between the day and night

Oh, I know we're leaving in the morning
I know we leave it all behind
Out here somewhere in between the day and night

On an endless journey nowhere
Ending at the start again
Life is smoke... and nothing more
Life is smoke... and nothing more

La la la la la la, la la la la la
Oh la la la la la la, la la la la la
Oh la la la la la la, la la la la la
Oh la la la la la la, la la la la la

I know I'm leaving in the morning
I know I can leave it all behind
Out here somewhere in between the day and night
(repeat and fade)
