Meet Erin DiPietro from Sparks, Nevada.

Hello! My name is Erin DiPietro. I am 21 years old and I live in Sparks, Nevada. I am a broadcast journalism major/music minor at the University of Nevada-Reno. I have only been an America fan for about six months now. I remember hearing their songs on the radio growing up, but it never really occured to me who they actually were until last March when my grandparents took me to the Nugget to see them. They're big fans, and they wanted me to hear them live. That night, hearing Horse With No Name and Sister Golden Hair live, right there, was something I'll never forget. I left the showroom knowing I would be an America fan forever. Since then, I've bought every CD I could find. I'm still slowly building up my collection and I'm always looking for more. I saw the guys three times here in Sparks last week and I am now the very proud owner of an autographed copy of Van Go Gan, one of Gerry's guitar picks, and a picture with both the guys! They were so nice, and it was such a huge honor for me to get to talk to the people responsible for the music that's changed my life! I may have gotten a late start, but America is definitely my favorite and I look forward to seeing many, many more concerts in the future!
