Mark Heagy

Meet Mark Heagy from Portland, Oregon.

So long ago, with "Horse no name." I experienced my first America concert in August of 1975 in Portland, Oregon. Sister Golden Hair and Daisy Jane were at the top of the charts. Since then I've seen America 9 times from a small bar in Anchorage, Alaska to an outdoor concert in Portland, Oregon. I'll keep it short, but I need to say thanks to Dewey Bunnell as he made me feel like a million dollars in Anchorage. After their concert in this bar Dewey was playing pac-man (yes some time ago). I couldn't help myself but to stand over him watching him play. Rather than take a "Star's" attitude, Dewey asked me how I was doing. What a shock to me. I'll never forget that. Thanks Dewey!
